Dinner's Ready! Come and Get It!

Ok, I think we're getting near the time all the couples need to decide on what days they are going to do their meals for the whole gang PLUS what they are going to be serving!
Remember, meal days are Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday with Wednesday night reserved for our BIG SEAFOOD FEAST!
Five days, Five couples...works out perfectly!
Guys, Let's start posting your days and menus! It would be great if we've got this all figured out before we get there!
NOTE: If ya got some certain days in mind, get it posted now before somebody beats ya to it!

  6. Are we all chipping in for pizza on the first night? For seafood Wednesday I'm assuming we will cook whatever we've caught so far and buy the rest?

    1. Chipping in for Pizza sound's great Shannon since I know we will all want to just kick back and relax the first night. I do know too that there is a pizza shop right around the corner and it looks to be within walking distance!

The idea for Wednesday night is to eat our catches along with whatever seafood anyone wants to buy...The idea was to chill out on the pool deck with ice cold beers, cole slaw, french fries and hopefully all kinds of seafood. Mom and I will be supplying the cole slaw and french fries along with some type of seafood. From what I understand, when buying seafood in the Outer Banks, look for a label that says it was fresh caught in the OBX for the finest quality!

  11. Art and I are gonna opt out for the night out without the kids. If mom and dad want to take our place we will watch the kids. Reasoning is 1) were doing dinner every night anyway 2) we don't want to spend the extra money 3) we don't get a lot of time the three of us together 4) were on vacation anyway so we don't mind!

  12. Already talked to dad about this- who is up for chipping in $10-$15 per couple to buy shrimp for wednesdays seafood feast? We can't catch shrimp so I figured we could buy some.
